Breakfast service needs improvement

The room was modern with a fridge, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

Nice pool, parking onsite.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was awesome. Lots of great food, I loved it. Had good sleep at the king room that's was missing a curtain.

I stayed for one night in a king room. The breakfast area was super clean and well-stocked, even during the busy morning rush! One bummer though was the somewhat noisy AC. The front desk staff was friendly and.

The bed and linen on the bed made for a potentially good night sleep.

A women in the middle of the night in the room next to ours was pounding on the door and shouting out to let her in. She did this for awhile, which woke us up, so I didn't have a restful night.

The service was very good, and every hotel staffs were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was delicios and coffree or tea was available all day.

A TV was not good. I can't watch a tennis ball when I watch Wimbledon Open! Both of refrigerator and air conditionar were noisy. We could't get a good sleep unless we turn them off.

I like the location; a starting point to several entertainment spots. Also like the fact that everytime I have booked a room there is always one available, even with short notice.

I do not think I would stay at this Hampton again. There were a number of small flies in my room, bathroom and the bedroom. I could not get the hair dryer to work either. I told the desk clerk about it Sunday morning. She did nothing about it. I do not know how the flies got into the room but they were having a good time hanging out in the room. They were the small fruit flies!!! The ones they used to stray to get rid of in LA County the stray was supposed to make them not reproduce, appartently that did not work. Also, as you know the dining area was way to small for the number of people, very unconfortable.

Please read what I wrote in what I liked, I wrote what was wrong with you facility. I would not stay unless I was sure changes were made. I have stayed at the Hampton Inn in many cities, Spokane, San Marcos, and this trip to Arcadia.

I had a lovely four-night stay and really enjoyed the clean and cozy room. The 24/7 coffee was a nice perk. The outdoor pool was perfect, while the gentle music in the lobby added to the chill vibe. Just a heads up, I could hear some noise from the adjoining room, but it didn't ruin my overall great experience 😊

My only complaint is the fact that there is a no-cancellation clause. Otherwise I would certainly return.

I like they have an outback steak house close by.

I wish they would of told me that the pool was under construction. I would stayed elseware. The other reason is they don't have and late night snacks or a store close by.

My kids wished for more breakfast options and fewer dogs around. It would have been better if dogs were not allowed in the breakfast area.

The staff were very friendly, room was very clean, it had a refrigerator and a microwave, and I felt safe and secure!

nice and quiet hotel. room was clean and comfotable. about 30 min from downtown wich is a lil bit far. (we had a car so it was ok)
